About the Role:

Rolling Suds Alexandria-Arlington is looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Power Washing & Kitchen Hood Cleaning Technician to join our growing team based out of our Virginia warehouse. This is a hands-on role where you'll take pride in delivering top-quality cleaning results for commercial and residential clients across the Alexandria and Arlington area. If you love physical work, a clean finish, and being part of a dependable crew — this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

Perform commercial kitchen exhaust hood and vent cleaning in compliance with NFPA 96 standards
Operate power washing and pressure washing equipment for exterior surfaces, driveways, buildings, and more
Inspect equipment and job sites before and after service to ensure quality results
Safely handle and apply cleaning chemicals and degreasers
Maintain and care for company equipment, vehicles, and tools stored at the Virginia warehouse
Communicate professionally with clients on-site and report job progress to supervisors
Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company procedures on every job

Requirements:

Prior experience in pressure washing, power washing, or commercial kitchen hood cleaning preferred
Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, climbing, and working in confined or elevated spaces
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
Reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning or evening shifts as needed
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Must be located in or able to commute to the Alexandria, VA warehouse

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
