Rolling Suds is looking for a personable, self-motivated representative to help grow our commercial kitchen hood and vent cleaning business. This flexible opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting business owners and wants to build a portfolio of recurring accounts alongside other commitments.

Visit restaurants and other commercial kitchens when your availability aligns with their business hours, introduce our services, and gather the information our team needs to prepare cleaning estimates. We handle final pricing, scheduling, and cleaning—you help bring in customers and maintain those relationships.

What You’ll Do

Stop into restaurants, introduce our hood and vent cleaning services, and connect with owners or managers.
With permission, look over kitchen hoods, filters, exhaust fans, and safely accessible portions of the vent or ductwork.
Take clear photos, basic measurements, and notes on equipment condition and access.
Ask about existing cleaning schedules, service needs, and preferred service hours.
Send organized information to our team for pricing.
Follow up on estimates and stay in touch with customers to support repeat business.
Visit company-provided leads as available.

Commission Structure

Customers you bring in: Earn 10% of the first completed, paid cleaning and 5% of subsequent paid cleanings.
Company-provided leads: Earn 5% of the first completed, paid cleaning and 5% of subsequent paid cleanings.

Recurring commissions apply while you continue managing the customer relationship. Commissions are calculated on collected service revenue, excluding sales tax.

Many customers schedule quarterly cleanings, giving you the opportunity to build recurring commission income as your account base grows. Earnings depend on accounts secured, service frequency, and completed customer payments.

Who We’re Looking For

Comfortable walking into businesses and speaking with restaurant owners and managers.
Reliable, organized, and consistent with follow-up.
Able to take clear photos, record measurements, and submit accurate site notes.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
Experience in restaurant operations, commercial cleaning, hood cleaning, or sales is a plus.

Schedule & Role

No set weekly hours. Coordinate visits around your availability and customer access. This is a sales and estimating role; you will not perform the cleaning. Site assessments are limited to safely accessible equipment.

Compensation: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
