Rolling Suds of Beverly Hills is helping raise the bar for commercial exterior cleaning in Los Angeles.

We service multifamily communities, HOAs, retail centers, office buildings, hotels, parking garages, and other large commercial properties throughout Greater Los Angeles using commercial-grade equipment, modern cleaning systems, and innovative solutions like drone enabled cleaning for hard to access assets.

We’re looking for an experienced commercial sales professional to help drive our next stage of growth.

This is not a traditional sales role and not a role for someone looking to be heavily managed.

This is an opportunity for a highly motivated business development professional to build a book of business, develop long-term client relationships, and earn substantial uncapped commissions while working with a fast-growing commercial services company.

Compensation

  •  100% commission-based 
  •  Uncapped earnings 
  •  Realistic Year 1 earnings: $60,000–$120,000+
  •  Top performers may exceed $150,000+
  •  Residual commission on recurring maintenance accounts

  •  Business development expense and mileage reimbursement 
  •  Sales tools & proposal support 
Responsibilities

  •  Prospect and develop new commercial accounts 
  •  Conduct in-person drop-ins and site visits 
  •  Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, asset managers, and ownership groups 
  •  Generate leads through networking, referrals, prospecting and relationship development
  •  Identify cleaning opportunities across commercial properties 
  •  Scope opportunities, develop proposals, and close profitable commercial accounts with support from leadership on larger or more complex projects 
  •  Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and renewals 
  •  Collaborate with leadership on larger strategic accounts

  •  Landscaping sales 
  •  Roofing sales 
  •  Restoration sales 
  •  Commercial maintenance services 
  •  Property management vendor sales 
Preferred:

  •  2+ years B2B outside sales 
  •  Hunter mentality 
  •  Comfortable with cold outreach 
  •  Strong in-person communication 
  •  Existing commercial relationships are a major plus
