The Role

We’re hiring an outbound sales rep to build our commercial book of business across 35 zip codes in Westchester County, NY and Fairfield County, CT. Your job is to find commercial properties that need exterior cleaning, get in front of the decision-maker, and close the deal. Cold calling, cold emailing, door knocking, property management office visits — pure outbound hunting.

Your targets include property management companies, HOAs, retail centers, office parks, medical offices, restaurants, hotels, apartment complexes, municipal facilities, and more. You sell it, we service it. A full operations team handles crews, scheduling, and delivery.

Compensation

•       $2,000/month base salary

•       $500/month car allowance

•       10% commission on new properties — first project at any given building or location

•       5% commission on repeat properties — any subsequent work at the same building, regardless of service type

•       New contact, new building = always 10%, even if the contact came through an existing relationship

•       Uncapped earnings with no territory splits

Earnings are uncapped. The more you close, the more you make — and the longer you’re in the territory, the warmer your pipeline gets.

A property manager who trusts you doesn’t give you one building once — they give you building after building, season after season, across their entire portfolio. Every new building pays full commission. The longer you’re in the seat, the less cold your outreach becomes.

Who You Are

•       You’re relentless. You make the calls, send the emails, knock on the doors, and follow up until you get an answer.

•       You don’t need a manager to tell you to pick up the phone.

•       You’re not afraid of hearing no 50 times to get one yes.

•       You’re local to the Westchester/Stamford area or willing to be in the field daily.

•       No specific sales or industry experience required — we’ll teach you the service. We care about drive, not your resume.

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
