As an Experienced Power Washing Technician, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers and completing jobs. You will also be responsible for some preventive maintenance of machines and equipment, and upholding the clean quality standards of our shop, trucks and services. Experienced Power Washing Technician & Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Power Washing Technician, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers and completing jobs. Experienced Power Washing Technician & Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Be a part of a team that power washes the outside of buildings, maintain the shop, help to keep the truck and equipment organized, clean and ready for the next job
- Interact closely with customers and verify that all work is done to their satisfaction
- Perform tasks in a professional and efficient manner, with consistent results
- Abide by cleaning procedures checklists and ensure all jobs are completed to the highest standard
- Staying on task: set and reach timing, efficiency and quality goals to complete jobs
- Clearly communicate requirements, issues and expectations with the customer and coworkers
- Work closely with Power Washing Technician Quality and Operations Lead to verify work is completed correctly and efficiently.

Experienced Power Washing Technician & Maintenance Supervisor Qualifications:
- One year of experience in the professional pressure washing field desired
- Minimum one year of leading a team
- Experience maintaining machinery and keeping tool shop organized
- Ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs with confidence
- Ability to perform general labor and carry and lift to 50lbs
- Valid Driver's License - Ability to drive team and supplies from office/garage to job sites in company box truck.
