Rolling Suds Power Washing is growing, and we’re looking for a dependable, experienced Lead Technician who’s skilled with equipment, great with customers, and ready to take on a leadership role. If you’re professional, hard-working, and eager to grow with a family-owned business, we want to meet you!

No experience is required but preferred.

Position Details:

30 hours/week to start
Prior power washing experience preferred
Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
Must pass a background check
Able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors
Friendly, team-oriented, and professional with clients
Reliable transportation to our Grapevine shop

Power Washing Professional Responsibilities:

Lead job sites and ensure quality service
Communicate clearly with clients and upsell when appropriate
Train and support new team members
Operate and maintain power washing equipment
Represent Rolling Suds with professionalism and pride

Power Washing Professional Qualifications:

Ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs with confidence
Ability to perform general labor and carry and lift up to 50lbs
Monday through Friday, occasional weekend and night jobs
Pressure washing experience is preferred but not required
Driver's License (Required)
Bonus: Skilled in diagnosing and repairing engines, pumps, and power washing equipment
