Position Overview
We are hiring dependable and hardworking Insulation Technicians to assist the Lead Technician with residential and/or commercial insulation projects. This position involves hands-on installation work, loading materials, and maintaining job site safety and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Install batt and blown-in insulation materials
- Assist Lead Technician with daily job tasks
- Load and unload insulation materials and equipment
- Prepare and clean job sites before and after installation
- Work in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Maintain tools and equipment
Requirements
- Previous insulation or construction experience preferred (but not required — willing to train the right candidate)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Compensation: $165.00 per day
