Insulation Lead Technician (Box Truck Driver)

Pay: $200 per day (Starting Rate)

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Insulation Lead Technician to lead a crew of 2–3 installers while driving a company box truck to and from job sites. This is a working lead position — you will be hands-on with installations while supervising your team to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a crew of 2–3 insulation installers
Install batt and blown-in insulation materials
Drive company box truck to and from job sites
Load and unload materials and equipment
Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
Maintain safety compliance at all times
Train and mentor crew members
Communicate job progress and any issues with management
Maintain cleanliness of job sites, truck, and equipment

Requirements

Proven insulation installation experience
Prior leadership or crew lead experience preferred
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Experience driving a box truck
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Dependable and punctual
