Rolling Suds is one of the fastest-growing commercial exterior cleaning companies in the DC metro area, serving shopping centers, high-rise buildings, HOAs, and government facilities across Northern Virginia and Maryland. We're expanding aggressively into new markets and we need someone to help us get in front of more clients.

The Role
This is not a desk job. You're out in the field every day — dropping into property management offices, shaking hands, and getting us in front of decision-makers. Ownership handles the meetings and closes the deals. Your job is to open the door.
If you're hungry, competitive, and not afraid to put yourself out there — you'll do great here and make solid money doing it.
What You'll Do
• Hit the streets daily — drop into property management offices, business parks, shopping centers, and commercial sites across NoVA and Maryland
• Cold call and cold visit contacts to introduce Rolling Suds and generate interest
• Book confirmed meetings and lunches for ownership with qualified decision-makers
• Follow up on leads from marketing and referrals
• Log your activity in our CRM every day — calls made, doors knocked, meetings booked
• Give ownership a clean handoff so they walk into every meeting ready to close
What We're Looking For
• Zero industry knowledge required,you don't need to know anything about power washing or exterior cleaning, we'll handle all of that
• Recent grad or early in your career, we'll teach you everything, we just need the right attitude
• Thick skin, rejection doesn't slow you down, it fires you up
• Outgoing and confident
• Reliable car and no problem driving around the DC metro area all day
• Any background in sports, sales, food service, or anything customer-facing is a plus
Compensation
• Base salary: $40,000–$50,000 depending on experience
• Meeting bonus: $25–$50 per qualified meeting booked and confirmed
• On-target earnings: $55,000–$70,000+ for a strong performer hitting activity goals
• Mileage reimbursement
Activity Expectations
We set clear targets so you always know where you stand:
• 20–30 outreach touches per day (calls, emails, drop-ins)
• 20+ in-person property drop-ins per week
• 8–10 qualified meetings booked per month at ramp
• Weekly check-in with ownership
