- Conduct site visits and create detailed proposals for exterior cleaning projects
- Follow up on estimates and nurture prospects through our CRM system
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, with a focus on recurring maintenance agreements
- Conduct pre-service confirmation calls one week before scheduled jobs
- Perform post-service quality assurance follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
- Build long-term relationships with property management companies and commercial clients
- Collaborate with our admin and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Track all activity and pipeline in our CRM system
- Proven B2B sales experience
- Strong relationship-building skills - you genuinely enjoy staying connected with clients long-term
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism in client-facing situations
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline and territory
- Comfortable with site visits and in-person meetings throughout the DMV area
- Detail-oriented - you'll be managing proposals, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience with CRM systems
