We are hiring an experienced Business-to-Consumer (B2C) Sales Representative to support continued growth across Maryland. This role is designed for a proven salesperson who understands field sales, customer engagement, and closing residential accounts.

The Role
- Sell directly to residential customers within an assigned Maryland territory
 - Leverage a combination of provided opportunities and proactive outreach
 - Conduct in-person consultations and close sales with decision-makers
 - Manage your pipeline efficiently and accurately document activity
 - Represent the company with professionalism, consistency, and integrity

Ideal Candidate
- Prior B2C, outside, or residential sales experience required
 - Strong closing skills and comfort working a full sales cycle
 - Self-directed, disciplined, and performance-oriented
 - Confident communicator who builds trust quickly
 - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary plus commission
 - Gas card provided
 - Realistic first-year earning potential of $60,000
 - No commission caps

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
