- Supervise the Power Washing Field Service Manager and all field employees
- Ensure all projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards
- Monitor workflow, staffing, and operational processes to maintain quality and profitability
- Mentor, train, and develop staff to maximize performance and career growth
- Solve operational challenges with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Lead business development efforts and oversee outside sales activities
- Work with the office manager and sales team to coordinate leads, appointments, and estimates
- Personally manage key client relationships and follow up on high-value prospects
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and grow the customer base
- Track operational and sales metrics to ensure company goals are met
- Review and interpret basic financial statements, budgets, and reconciliations
- Report directly to the owner on performance, challenges, and opportunities
- Oversee administrative functions and maintain smooth, efficient workflows
- Minimum 3 years of leadership or management experience, preferably in service or field operations
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Mechanically inclined — comfortable learning about power washing systems, vehicles, and equipment
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of independent decision-making
- Strong ability to motivate, coach, and inspire a team
- Experience in power washing or exterior cleaning is a plus, but not required
- Experience reviewing basic financial statements and reconciliations preferred
- College degree in Business or a related field is a plus, but not required
