Commercial Window Cleaning Technician: $26–$30/hr + Bonus 🪟
Rolling Suds of San Ramon–Danville handles window and exterior cleaning for commercial clients across the East Bay and Tri-Valley. Our clients include national restaurant and retail brands, auto dealerships, office buildings, and apartment communities. We also serve select residential clients. Most of our work runs on recurring routes, so the work is steady.
Pay
- $26–$30/hour, based on experience
- Performance bonus: up to $[X]/month for quality and customer retention
- Overtime per California law; extra hours available on occasional weekend jobs
What You’ll Do
- Clean exterior windows, frames, and sills on commercial buildings (some residential and interior work)
- Run water-fed pole systems and traditional squeegee work
- Work from ladders on multi-story buildings
- Team with pressure washing crews on full-property jobs
- Document completed work with job photos and checklists

Requirements
- Professional window cleaning experience, with water-fed pole experience required
- Comfortable on ladders and multi-story buildings; able to lift 50 lbs
- Professional appearance and conduct on client sites
- Valid California driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation to our yard
- Available 35–40 hours/week, Monday–Friday
