Job Type: Part-Time with Commissions
Reports To: General Manager
Compensation: Base Pay + Commission
Schedule: Flexible hours, including afternoons and early evenings
Job Summary:
- Canvass assigned neighborhoods to promote residential power washing services
- Engage with homeowners face-to-face to introduce services and assess needs
- Provide quotes and schedule service appointments on the spot
- Distribute marketing materials such as flyers and door hangers
- Track and report daily leads, conversions, and feedback to the sales manager
- Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals
- Maintain knowledge of services, pricing, and seasonal promotions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with strangers and handling objections
- Motivated, energetic, and self-directed
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to canvassing locations
- Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be 18 years or older
- Competitive pay structure with high earning potential
- Base pay $15/HR and $20 commission on every job completed
- Earn $35/HR or $55/HR or $75/HR or more
