Responsibilities

Outside Sales for residential and commercial power washing services
Leads generated by the company and appointments are set in coordination with the office manager
Ability to self-generate leads, identify prospects, and book estimate appointments in coordination with the office manager
90% of your time is spent doing estimates, meeting with prospective clients, and following up on prospects
10% of your time is spent on team building, meetings, training, and administrative tasks
Heavily focused on personal and professional training & development
All training is provided, and training is a never-ending focus

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience
Proven track record of success
Results-driven individual
Demonstrates a commitment to customers
Strong communication skills
Strong work ethic, ambitious
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Ability to work independently
Experience in the power washing industry is a plus but not required
A college degree in Business or a related field is a plus but not required

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
