Experienced Power Washing Technician & Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities:

Manage the team of power washers and maintain the shop, truck and equipment to stay organized, clean and ready for production.
Supervise your power washing team to ensure jobs are completed to the customer’s satisfaction
Utilize your experience to guide and mentor other team members
Ensure that tasks are performed in a professional and efficient manner
Abide by cleaning procedures checklists and ensure all jobs are completed to the highest standard
Resolve conflicts that occur with employees or customers
Ensure the crew is working productively and professionally
Set and reach timing, efficiency and quality goals to complete jobs
Cearley communicate requirements, issues and expectations with the customer and boss
Work closely with Power Washing Technician Quality and Operations Lead to verify work is completed correctly and efficiently.

Experienced Power Washing Technician & Maintenance Supervisor Qualifications:

One year of experience in the professional pressure washing field desired
Minimum one year of leading a team
Experience maintaining machinery and keeping tool shop organized
Ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs with confidence
Ability to perform general labor and carry and lift to 50lbs
Valid Driver's License - Ability to drive team and supplies from office/garage to job sites in company box truck.
