Imagine walking into an apartment complex, hotel, senior living facility, or shopping center and getting rewarded for making connections and scheduling appointments.

At Rolling Suds Power Washing, we specialize in helping property owners keep their buildings and common areas clean, safe, and attractive. We’re looking for a Junior Commercial Sales Representative to introduce our company to property managers and book meetings with decision-makers.

You won’t be closing deals — your job is to open doors, make a great first impression, and get appointments on the calendar. Top performers can grow into Commercial Account Manager or Senior Sales roles.

What You’ll Do

· Visit apartment communities, senior living centers, and retail shopping centers

· Introduce Rolling Suds to property managers and office staff

· Explain our commercial power washing services

· Build relationships with property management teams

· Schedule appointments between property managers/owners and our sales team

· Track your visits and appointments in our CRM

· Follow up with offices you’ve previously visited

· Help expand Rolling Suds’ presence in the local property management community

Basic Qualifications

Sales experience is helpful but NOT required. We will train the right candidate.
