We are seeking a highly experienced Power Washing Crew Chief who can run a truck like it’s their own business.

If you are a skilled commercial pressure washing or window washing professional with leadership experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to manage a crew independently — we want to talk to you.

This role is for someone who takes pride in operational excellence, efficiency, and delivering premium results to commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

· Run and maintain a fully equipped commercial pressure washing truck

· Lead and develop a 2–4 person crew

· Execute large-scale commercial jobs (Apartment complexes, HOAs, retail centers, hotels)

· Manage chemical mixes, soft wash systems, and hot water units

· Ensure OSHA-compliant safety practices

· Maintain production pace while upholding high quality standards

· Communicate directly with property managers and commercial clients

· Track job completion, materials usage, and equipment condition

Qualifications

· 3+ years commercial pressure washing and or window washing experience

· Proven leadership or foreman experience

· Experience operating hot water and soft wash systems

· Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills

· Clean driving record

· Ability to manage jobs without constant supervision

· Professional communication skills with commercial clients

Compensation & Benefits

· $27–$35+ per hour based on experience
