What You'll Do

Lead a small crew delivering commercial power washing services
Drive to multiple job sites daily using company trucks
Ensure every project meets our high-quality standards
Train and mentor your team members
Handle customer communication and problem-solving

What We Need

Power washing, pressure washing, OR window cleaning experience (required)
Clean driving record and comfortable driving trucks daily
Leadership experience - you've managed people before
Flexible schedule - available for varied shifts (35-60 hours/week)
Professional attitude with customers and team
